| Romed was born in 1967 in Brig, Switzerland. In 1995, he graduated with a degree from the cinema department of the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux Arts, Geneva. He was an active member of Cinéma Spoutnik, and founded Laika Films with five other filmmakers in 1993. He developed a tape to film system and works as a director and producer. Since 2002 he's been a member of the Federal Film Commission. He founded Blow-up Film Production SA in 2003. 2 years later he becoma the president of the Swiss Filmmakers Association. |
